Kim Hyun Joong, DBSK Certified Gold in Japan
The Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ) announced that TVXQ′s (DBSK) July 11-released single, Android and its Japan concert tour DVD, Tonehad both been certified ‘Gold’, meaning they had both been recognized as selling over a million copies.
In addition to DBSK, Kim Hyun Joong’s July 4-released single album, Heat, was also certified gold.
Android placed first for the week on the Oricon when it was released, marking a record 11th time that DSBK placed first on the Oricon singles weekly chart.
Kim Hyun Joong is currently filming his new drama, City Conquest.

Kim Hyun Joong Gives Jung Yu Mi a Back Hug in New ‘City Conquest’
\After a series of action stills, City Conquest has released stills of Kim Hyun Joong in what seems to be more of his element - near a pretty girl.
The new preview still, which was released on August 3, shows Baek Mir (Kim Hyun Joong) giving Lee Dan Bi (Jung Yu Mi) a romantic back hug. Standing in the midst of a throng of people in Japan, Lee Dan Bi clearly returns the affection, indicating the two will be a lovey-dovey couple in the drama - at least in the beginning.
City Conquest kicked off filming in early July and recently wrapped up its Japan shoot. The production is now filming in Korea.
